Thursday was a last dinner with my austrian pair before Georg returned to Innsbruck and farewell drinks with Louise before she left Friday morning to do her degree work from Stockholm (not too far, relatively, but it is still a far cry from our tiny community in school.) Saturday night was dinner with Kristin before she ran off to do her degree project in the Czech Republic. Last night was Georg's going away dinner. I saw the two of them off to the airport this morning, catching Anjalika as she went off to spend a week with her degree work in Reggio Emilia, Italy.At least Anjalika will be back next week, and Louise and Kristing for mid-presentations in March. It was sad to say goodbye to Georg, despite his promising that he will be here for my graduation in a year and a half (and prodding for me to make my way to Graz for he and Matthias' in June).
