Yes it is exciting. And changing, sad and even a little frightening.

Its March and maybe it is the schoolwork, or the people or maybe its just this darn month but it is so so hard to be here, to be happy and enjoy umeå yet again.

Last year this time I was running a lot so I at least had my outdoor doses of fresh air, endorphines and sunshine but an eye infection, a swollen ankle, a lazy body, a promise to myself I would not train for anymore marathons and a bit of a social life seem to have put a damper on that. Oh, and might it also have to do with the fact that yes, we DO have classes and a functioning program this year? Yes, it might be attributed to a lovely blend of them all.
