After 6.4 days in the "fatherland" and some 40 hours of travelling around the globe I am back in Umeå. The snow is melting at last, the river looks like slush, everything is brown and grey and I hope Michi sends me photos from the shrine soon! Until then you will have to enjoy a photo of Michi, my cousin Nate, Miako and her friend from school, Rie at a temple in Kyoto.
